Description

Lords of Vegas is a city-building boardgame from Lone Shark Games. James Ernest and Mike Selinker’s modern classic has been totally refreshed for a new audience of gamers. Set between World War II and the modern era, the game gives 2–6 casino magnates the resources to build Las Vegas from the desert floor up. Players can build, sprawl, remodel, reorganize, raise, and trade away casinos to expand their mighty gambling empires. By the dawn of the new millennium, these architects of excess will become the new Lords of Vegas.

The Lords of Vegas Base Set is a 6-player edition, for the first time in the game's history. It comes with all new wooden pieces and beautiful new board, money, tiles, and cards. The game plays in 60 to 90 minutes. Lords of Vegas is a modern classic, and its new look will delight the fans of the game for years to come.

Lords of Vegas contains:

  • 1 Las Vegas board
  • 50 casino tiles
  • 50 riser tiles
  • 72 dice
  • 60 car lot markers
  • 6 airplane scoring markers
  • 55 cards
  • 100 bills
  • 1 rulebook
Differences between Deluxe and Standard Editions
Player Count & Scope: The Standard edition supports 2 to 4 players with components for 4 players. The Deluxe edition expands the game to 5 players and includes full components for that 5th player. (Note: The heavy expansion "Up!" which adds 5th and 6th players with 3D risers is excluded from both editions).
Casinos and 3D Elements: The Standard edition uses flat punchboard tiles for casinos. The Deluxe edition upgrades all 45 casinos to 3D plastic structures.
Boards & 2-Player Play: The Standard edition comes with a single-sided board compatible with 2 players. The Deluxe edition features a premium double-sided board with Spot UV coating and a dedicated board layout built specifically for 2-player games.
Dice & Tokens: The Standard edition includes 48 standard dice, while the Deluxe edition steps it up to 60 standard dice. Both versions use punchboard money tokens (though a higher-tier "High Roller" bundle exists if you want upgraded poker chips and casino dice).
